perfect location, the staff were excellent. moreover, it's close to the medicina dental clinic as well as bakirkoey metro station.

The location was absolutely perfect and particularly good because it was really close to all the main sights, tram and Bakirkoey metro station. Street food restaurant Sparky's Grill was located 10 minutes walk away.

We had a fantastic weekend stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal, it was very easy to get around and explore the area. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the comfortable beds in our room.

That we did not receive a response to an email we had sent prior to our stay. However, this did not detract from our overall experience and enjoyment of the hotel.

Convenient, Clean Rooms the hotel location was convenient for my business trip. It took me a few minutes to walk to my meetings. the rooms were clean and looked recently renovated. the bed was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful. the Wi-Fi worked well, and I was able to work from my room.

Rude Staff, Noisy Environment Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience at this hotel. the staff was often rude and unhelpful, and I felt uncomfortable asking them for anything.

Very kind staff, speedy free WiFi, good breakfast, clean rooms and beds. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport. Near to medical centers and all main sights. Fantastic staff who speak good English and provide helpful advice. Comfortable rooms with a good buffet-style Turkish breakfast. Nice hotel and good value for money.

the staff was warm and courteous, and they helped us with all our needs and queries. the location is perfect for those who need to access the medical centers and also close to all the main sights. the comfortable suite with a small fridge, kettle, and daily restocking of water/tea/coffee etc offered us the best amenities. the beds and couch were very comfy, and the room was clean and quiet. the breakfast was also delicious, including a good buffet style Turkish breakfast.

The hotel's distance from the old city and other touristy areas is something that could improve.

They provided daily restocking of water/tea/coffee, making my stay very comfortable. The location was very convenient as it was near the Medicina Dental Clinic, and it was easy for me to travel around the city since the hotel staff ordered affordable taxis. Lastly, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the friendly staff who spoke good English.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
